Your domain name will be secured from when payment has been recieved and will run for a year from the date of its registration, unless the site is removed, as above.
Special Day Sites uses third party organizations for website hosting. This is to ensure that clients receive the best possible hosting package at a reasonable cost. No guarantees of service can be made by Special Day Sites on behalf of the host.
Special Day Sites will not be held responsible for the failure in any of the services provided by a third party to Special Day Sites for the Client.
It is hereby agreed between Special Day Sites and the Client, that in the event that any monies are owed and overdue to Special Day Sites, Special Day Sites will withdraw its services. Special Day Sites may remove any material stored upon any computer or server and shall retain such material and shall not be liable for any loss monetary or otherwise and not be under any obligation to return or provide access to, any and all documents, papers, etc. belonging to the Client until payment is made in full.
All completed websites are owned by Special Day Sites and are being rented by the client.
No portion of the coding can be copied / duplicated or redistributed in any form.
In the event of a problem with your website, Special Day Sites will try to solve the discrepancy as quickly as possible. Please contact and describe any problems that you may be experiencing. Special Day Sites cannot accept responsibility for any loss either monetary or otherwise due to website failure or misuse.
All website's are built for optimal viewing in 1024 x 768 resolution.

Special Day Sites reserves the right to use the services of sub-contractors, agents and suppliers and any work, content, services and usage is bound by their Terms and Conditions.
